Payment and shipping
All products have a standard production and processing time of 5 -7 business days in case of extreme conditions orders may be delayed for a couple of days . Once your shipping label is created a tracking number will be sent to your email/phone number associated with your order. All orders are shipped via USPS which usually takes around 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. Only contact us for order updates if it’s been at least 10 business days and you haven’t received your tracking number yet keep in mind that business days are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Refund Policy
No refunds Koutureish have a 3 day return policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately you wont be able to return that item. All items can only be returned for store credit ONLY if your size don't fit or wrong item delivered. We don't offer exchanges so refer to the sizing chart so you can make sure you select the proper size. Sorry for the inconvenience and all sales are final.
